PECORINO CHEESE

Recently we had a special treat at a friend’s house. We were treated to some imported pecorino cheese from Italy. Certified Kosher Cholov Yisroel by Rabbi Sholom Elmaleh of Milan, Italy, the cheese was a gustatory delight! Pecorino is a sheep’s milk cheese. It has a most hearty flavor.
