GOLDEN CITRUS BROILED CHICKEN

We saw this recipe in a Kikkoman ad, it looked good, we tried it. It was taam gan eden!

2/3 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 large cloves of garlic, pressed
4 boneless chicken breast halves with the skin on

Combine soy sauce, orange and lime juices and garlic. Pour mixture over the chicken in a large zip-lock bag. Press the air out of the bag. Close the top. Make sure it is securely closed!! Turn the bag over several times to make sure that the chicken is totally coated. Let sit for 10 minutes. Turn bag over to other side. Let it sit for another 10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the marinade. Discard the left over marinade. Broil the chicken, skin side down, about 5 inches above heat source. Cook for 8 minutes. Turn the chicken over. Cook for another 6 minutes, or until it is no longer pink in the center. When you serve the chicken, slice it into thick slices. Garnish with orange slices and parsley.
