You just gotta love those fine folks at Robert Rothschild Farm. They seem to be one of the most creative companies out there. We got to try a new condiment (new for us, anyway) the other day.

Lemon Dill and Capers sauce is a great addition to a piece of fish. We had it on a grilled piece of fish. And although we generally do not like capers, we found the sauce to be quite tasty, and a really nice compliment to the fish. Certification is by the Q-Kof.

The sauce was subtle and balanced. It was most surprising. Try this one- you’ll like it, too!
